Protection of the rights of women and children through the prism of the marriage agreement

The article discusses the concept of the marriage contract; conditions and regulation of property and non-property relations in marriage contract; features of resolution regarding protection of the rights of women and children by a marriage contract. The marriage agreement (contract) - the ordinary transaction which can be challenged in court both by her faces who concluded and other interested persons. In the Russian Federation there was a steady court practice of permission of claims for recognition of marriage agreements invalid. Let's analyse this practice to find out whether the notariate copes with the task, providing legality in case of the conclusion of marriage contracts.
