Protecting children’s right to health in the context of the discussion on the legislative limitation of the use of assisted reproductive technologies in Russia

The article presents scientific data on the negative consequences of ART for the health of children born as a result of the use of in vitro fertilization and gestational (surrogate) technologies, which is a serious violation of a number of internationally recognized children's rights. The article substantiates the position on the need to introduce a legislative restriction on the use of technologies hazardous to the health of mother and child in Russia, which are currently prohibited or restricted in many countries of the world.
