This article is devoted to the definition of pre-emptive rights of shareholders and order of their exercise and protection. The author describes sphere of the shareholders’ pre-emptive rights, analyzes feasibility of applying the pre-emptive rights to alienation of shares in the other way than buying and selling. Protection mechanism of the pre-emptive rights has been improved.
