Protection of labour rights of workers in the event of insolvency of their employer in the legislation of Russia and some other countries

The article is devoted to the problems of legal regulation mechanism for the protection of rights of workers, whose employer is insolvent. The authors focuse on the world ’ s too different for the protection of the rights of workers in order to arrive at the most acceptable in Russia of such protection. This work is performed within the framework of the research “ The creation of a mechanism to protect the labour rights of workers in the event of the insolvency of their employers ” [1].
