Defensive and retaliatory motor actions of female police officers in martial arts situations with offenders

In this article, based on a sociological survey of female police officers, it was revealed that only 29,3% of them used physical force and combat techniques in the process of performing operational and service tasks. Protective motor actions of the offenders interviewed from blows are: block (stand); leaving the line of attack; movement (to the side, back); grade and batting. In situations of confrontation with offenders, they mainly used painful techniques, punches, limitation of mobility, but did not use throws.
