Biological action of simultaneous irradiation by neutrons with energy 14 MeV and 60Co gamma-rays with different high-LET component contribution to the total dose have been studied. Compact generator ING-031 (3Н(d,n)4Не) was used as neutron source. Irradiation efficacy was estimated with melanoma B-16 clonogenic assay. It is shown that simultaneous exposure of neutrons and photons is more effective in case of 30 % neutron contribution. At 15 and 3 % values of this parameter cell survival was lower than theoretical values calculated in accordance with independent action of these radiations - synergism was observed. Neutron contribution increase to 45 % resulted in decrease of the effect to additivity.
