In work data on the quantitative contents of neutral lipids in plants Allium schoenoprasum L. depending on conditions of growth are brought. It is shown, that the quantitative contents of neutral lipids and their distribution in parts of plants depends on ecological-coenotic conditions. The componental and quantitative compound of the highest fat acids is stable and does not depend on type of a habitation place.
