Dependency of labour measure on consumption measure in social and economic development of the region

In the article it is emphasized that determination of interdependency between labour measures and consumption measure has been drawn to the measurement and commensurability of the expenses and the results of labour. Calculations of population consumption force in the Republic of Mordovia and the Leningrad Region are presented. It is shown that in the conditions of the production and consumption of the product as consumption cost the consumption measure exceeds the labour measure that is a necessary condition for the normal functioning and development of the human being, the state and its regions.
