Clinical biochemical investigation of 20 patients was performed. The patients' age range was between 18 and 50 years. The patients had shin and bone fractures. Skeletal stretching was chosen as a treatment method, what required long-term limitation of movement activity. Blood was tested on the 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, and 35th day after traumas. Indices of lipid peroxidation, anti-oxidant activity and stability of erythrocyte to hemolysis were studied in blood plasma and erythrocytes. The findings of the study showed increase of lipid peroxidation against decrease of anti-oxidant activity and stability of erythrocytes to hemolysis. The findings of the study may be recommended for influence control of limitations of movement activity during posttraumatic processes.
