The dependence of the choice of training methods on the strategy of the team’s game in volleyball

The article examines the relationship between the achievement of strategic goals of the game of volleyball with the choice of training techniques that take into account the physiological processes of adaptation of the athletes' body. The analysis of strategic approaches to the game, including the adoption of individual and team tactical decisions, as well as coordination in the team, is carried out.
