The article analyzes the procedure for accounting for the share of a land plot when assessing the market value of capital construction projects to challenge the results of their cadastral valuation. Substantiates the need to exclude the value of the land from the value of the object. The author suggests taking into account the value of the land by calculating its share in the value of a single property.
