Land for individual housing: problems and paradoxes of modern law

In this paper, a study of inter-sectoral management of the legal regime of private residential homes and the land on which it is located. The author draws attention to the fact that individual homes may be located on land with different types of permitted uses, which leads to the same setting of the properties of different legal regimes. Powers of the owners of such land and houses will also vary. The author justifies the need to harmonize the legal regime of land for private housing construction, private farming, summer, garden plots.
