Land and water resources are an essential part of the organization of agricultural production in Sughd region

The article reflects the units of assessment of natural water supply and the optimal value of the ecological limit. Against the background of a brief hydrological description and the content of increasing demands on water resources, the main directions for the rational use of water resources in the territory of Northern Tajikistan are proposed.
