Female teachers of the Tula province at the end of the 19th – beginning of the 20th centuries

Formation of teaching of the Tula province at the end of the 19 th – beginning of the 20 th centuries in the aspect of gender is investigated; number change, education level, social origin, financial position and marital status of female teachers based on statistical data of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Zemstvo statistics is analyzed.
