Women in the context of diaconal ministry of the Russian orthodox church

The paper is devoted to the analysis of the phenomenon of social ministry in Christianity, historical investigation of the sources, kinds and forms of this ministry. Scientific development of the problem of diaconal ministry of women in the Russian Orthodox Church, its institutional models, becomes a special topicality in the context of the social processes of modern Russia.
