Women in social and political activity of Soviet Buryatia (historiography of the problem)

The article deals with the historiography of women's participation in social and political life of Soviet Buryatia. It concerns evolution of the historiographical approaches and problems of its periodization. The author analyses all the main works on the problem through the Soviet and contemporary Russian historiography, including regional scientific works.
