Women’s public associations as social resource of political modernization in modern Russia

The presence of political crisis signs gives the reason to consider the civil society institutions not only the condition for social, political and economic reforms but the source and the main social resource. In connection with the fact that bureaucratic state structures are unable to respond accordingly to public changes the role of women’s public associations both as socially and sociopolitically oriented becomes more significant, the definition of the factors influencing their development and advanced directions in order to solve the problems of political modernization.
