Victims of spiritual and moral crimes

The increasing criminalization of modern Russian society forces the state to look for new ways to develop effective and adequate measures to prevent and combat crime. To solve this complex problem, it is possible to understand and uncover the true causes of the crimes committed, which is what this study is aimed at. The article notes that any criminal law crimes have a spiritual and moral nature, which always underlies the true causes of the crimes and offenses committed. The author's view on the concepts of “victim” and “crime” is presented, as well as recommendations for the development of measures for the prevention and control of crimes and offenses.
