Victims of Crimes of Intelligent Algorithms

This article provides a comprehensive study of the victimological aspects of crimes committed using artificial intelligence technologies. Based on the analysis of modern scientific literature and empirical data, the author reveals the specifics of digital victimization, the features of the criminogenic effects of intelligent algorithms and vulnerable categories of the population most at risk of becoming victims of high-tech crimes. The paper presents the author's classification of victims of crimes committed using artificial intelligence, identifies the main mechanisms of victimization and identifies the most effective preventive measures. Special attention is paid to the latest forms of criminal attacks related to deepfake technologies, algorithmic fraud and cyber-optimization. Based on the conducted research, scientifically based recommendations have been formulated to improve the system of victimological prevention and protection of potential victims of crimes committed using intelligent algorithms.
