Victims of crimes with mental disorders: viktimological and criminal-procedural aspects

The article deals with the victimological aspects of crimes committed against persons with mental disorders, guarantees compliance with their rights and legal interests in criminal proceedings. The author also analyzes the issues of assessing the testimony of victims with mental illness.
