At designing the protecting constructions of residential buildings it is necessary to consider influences of climatic factors on operational characteristics of heating. The complex assessment of influence the mete-orological parameters and physical characteristics of materials, changing under its impact, on heat-shielding properties of protecting constructions at their operation can be carried out by introduction the concept of “climate thermal rigidity” Sтс in points by analogy of technical rigidity for cars and mecha-nisms.
