Child abuse as a qualifying sign of the Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the concept of «abuse», its correlation with the concept of «violence», discusses the main problems of application of criminal law norms on responsibility for juvenile abuse, the author’s definition of juvenile abuse is formulated considering the norms of international and domestic law, as well as the views of the theorists on this issue.
