Housing problem: institutional solution approach and remedy in youth’s opinion

The article elaborates the results of the sociological survey regarding housing problem of young families in Krasnodar region, where the young people appraise the governmental housing policy and mortgage credit lending system, recite the real methods of housing improvement, and come up with proposals concerning the enhancement of housing policy in the Russian Federation.
