Life cycles of socio-economic systems and their interrelation with social planning and design in the conditions of a changing reality

The article is devoted to the identification of general approaches to the classification of the stages of the life cycles of socio-economic systems. The interrelation of life cycles with social planning and design in the conditions of changing environment of existence of individuals, organizations, industries and sovereign territories is assessed. The relationship of changes with the size of socio-economic systems and the duration of their life cycles is established. The role of passionate personalities and cultural-historical types in the development of these changes is determined. The importance of quality management and adherence to corporate governance standards in the context of social changes is determined. Recommendations are given for taking these phenomena into account in the implementation of social planning and design.
