Rhinoceros beetle Oryctes nasicornis (Linnaeus, 1758) (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae) in Republic of Khakassia and in the southern part of Krasnoyarsk region

Museum and private collections, as well as personal communications significantly widen the data on the rhinoceros beetle Oryctes nasicornis (Linnaeus, 1758) distribution in the Republic of Khakassia and in Southern part of Krasnoyarsk Region. We report 67 locations of O. nasicornis, covering the Minusinsk Trough, Usinskaya Hollow and the foothills of adjacent mountain systems. We describe the activity timing of imago and larvae.
