«Arkhont» journal in modern science

The editorial board of our sister magazine "Historic and Social-Educational Thought" (Krasnodar) came to our editorial board with a request to tell us about the life of our magazine on its pages, share the accumulated experience and perspective plans of its development. This interesting proposal deserves, in our opinion, separate attention. In this connection, we prepared an article revealing the features of modern scientific publications on the example of the electronic scientific journal "Arkhont". The author of the study, who is the editor-in-chief of the journal, tells about the profile of the work, the place in the RSCI, the author's team, and the publication of monographs. The review will be useful as a characterization of a small scholarly publication for editors and authors alike.
