The aim of the article is to investigate the magazine "Put" as an edition types. The article maintains that the principal typological feature of this magazine is that it is derivatives from "tolstiy jurnal". Classical base parameters are determined by its characteristics: publisher, authors, readership, ideas and range of problems.
