Data journalism in the Russian high-quality magazines: the identification experiment

The article investigates the practice of journalism, based on new digital data formats, in the Russian high-quality magazines. Established for the first time, the characteristics of the so-called data journalism in the Russian press – polysubjectiveness, dominance of the verbal content, static visualization, lack of interactivity and interaction with the audience, etc. – determine the national peculiarities of this format.
