Abuse of rights as a generic concept of legal science

The article examines the main features of the concept of law abuse. The author identifies some features as including: violation of morality requirements, social harm, beyond-the-law exit, connection with an offense. On this basis, the author concludes that the nature of the law abuse is generic.
