Antegrade endobiliary intervention in the treatment of obstructive jaundice of tumor genesis

Retrospectively analyzed the results of antegrade endobiliary interventions in patients with obstructive jaundice of tumor genesis. Complications occurred in 10.4% of cases, but deaths are directly caused by surgery, it was not. The analysis revealed that antegrade endobiliary intervention extend the capabilities of the complex treatment of patients with obstructive jaundice of tumor genesis, eliminating mechanical jaundice. They cause regression of intoxication and liver failure, allowing you to prepare the patient for the subsequent radical surgery, and in some cases become the ultimate method of treatment.
