The individual value of an interdisciplinary approach to improving the efficiency of treatment in patients with anal fissures

The purpose of work was the assessment of results of surgical treatment of patients with chronic anal cracks, with the violations of the psychoemotional sphere revealed in the preoperative period in the form of alarm and a depression by carrying out questioning by means of a hospital scale of alarm and HADS. Depression to work results of surgical treatment of 98 patients are analysed. The conclusion that the offered way of treatment of a chronic anal crack taking into account violations of the psychoemotional status and their corrections (psychopharmacotherapy) in a complex with surgical and conservative treatment in the postoperative period leads to improvement of subjective health of patients is drawn, allows to influence results of surgical treatment, reducing terms of healing of a postoperative wound (on the average for some days), reducing percent of recurrence of surgical treatment of such patients.
