The transformation of the public space under the influence of the processes of digitalization and Informatization of all spheres of society has set a number of tasks for the legislator, the scientific community and business, the solution of which is equal in importance to the implementation of the national idea. One of these tasks, aimed at ensuring the digital sovereignty of the Russian Federation, is the formation of a regulatory platform for property relations, mediating civil turnover. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to give an adequate assessment of the existing civil law institutions and their economic potential in the digital environment.
