The article is devoted to the features of Turukhansk political exile of the beginning of the XX century and the role of the Polish political exiled in the organization of the “Turukhansk revolt” in 1908. The most famous settlements of Poles were “Miroyedovskaya Commune” and “Selivanovskaya Commune”. Communes were created in accordance with the principle of “Party membership” or the principle of “community”. The result of the revolt was the arrest of 141 people. The "Turukhansky revolt" forced to streng then supervision of the exiled; the existing “communes” were disseminated on the distant territories of the Turukhansk region and the Yenisei district.
