Meaning of risk transformation in the digital economy

In this article, the authors outlined the issues of the emergence and significance of risk transformation in the digital economy. The digital economy is the vector according to which socio-economic systems will continue to develop. In the course of the study, the authors highlighted the problems of cybercrime, training of specialists in the conditions of rapid development of technology, the main obstacles to the digital transformation of Russian business, and presented the Rating of Russia on the Global Innovation Index for 2019-2020. According to the authors, it is necessary to study, identify, minimize and eliminate emerging risks, since the new economic and technological structure, the development of Russia and foreign countries within the framework of the new industrial revolution will be uneven.
