Relevance of “political survival” vector in the foreign policy of Iran (during the period of 1943-1979)

This article considers the factors of application by the Iranian Shah (Mohammad Reza Pahlavi) such approaches, which ensured the international security of the country. The research results show, that the third government and the puppet relations were typical for the Iranian foreign policy of this period.
