Knowledge-resource and parameters of the actual state of science

The problem of functioning of the modern science that has been transformed in its base characteristics is under consideration in the article. The author applies the resource-based approach and parametric analysis of the problem. Such functional indices of science’ condition as autonomy, complexity, commensurability in applied-to-fundamental studies ratio and others are focused on.
