In the subfamily Chrysidinae 105 species of cuckoo wasps from 6 genera: Pseudospinolia, Chrysidea, Chrysura, Trichrysis, Chrysis and Stilbum can be counted in the region of the Caucasus Mineralnye Vody region (Central Caucasus). We differentiate 31 zoogeographical areas integrated into 6 groups: Palaearctic type, European-Siberian type, European-Asian type, European-Mediterranean type, European-Caucasian type, and Mediterranean-North-African type. 11,4% of the cuckoo wasps species belong to the Palaearctic type of the area. The most of cuckoo wasps (69,5%) is recorded among the species from the zoogeographical area which is located either totally or partially in Europe; among them European-Caucasian species account for 33,3%.
