Results of water quality researches in river Khilok and inflows in territory of Zabaikalskiy Krai on indicator zooplankton organisms are presented. It is revealed, that the rivers concern to II and to III classes of water quality. Spatial and interannual changes of water quality condition in river Khilok are analysed.
