The research of influence 1,2-dihydro-4,6-dimethyl-N-/β-oxyethyl/-pirimidon 2 (Xymedon) on the organism and the offspring of pregnant rat. The drug was administered first to the 19th day of pregnancy at a dose of 30 mg / kg. The fetus was assessed on 20th day of pregnancy. Revealed that the analyzed substance did not cause death and specific malformations in fetuses of rats. The drug did not alter the signs of sexual differentiation of the fetuses. There have been no negative impact on the development of skeletal system of the fetuses. Thus, 1,2-dihydro-4,6-dimethyl-N-/β-oxyethyl/-pirimidon 2 do not have embrioletal, embryotoxic and teratogenic effect in rats during pregnancy.
