Changes in the System of Legal Relations in 2001–2024

The evolution and development of regulatory legal frameworks reflect societal relations and constitute the foundation of the legal system. Based on this premise, an attempt was made to trace the characteristics of legislative reforms during the period from 2001 to 2024. Legal reforms should be guided by a specific concept, primarily taking into account national and legal systems. A pressing issue is the choice of policies and concepts aimed at improving the quality of the legal system's functioning. A unified policy is needed to enhance the effectiveness of legal reforms, as well as to update laws and regulations. It is essential to strictly adhere to the interrelations of legal branches as a key criterion when drafting laws, diversify legal provisions, optimize and reduce the number of laws, and focus on regulatory capabilities.
