360-degree assessment: a key tool in assessing employee competence

This article discusses the issues of effective use of the presented method for assessing the competence of employees. The method is analyzed, its advantages and disadvantages are revealed. The result of the study is a recommendation for the use of this method if an organization needs to improve existing and create new methods of personnel management, as well as methods of employee certification.
