50-year clinical epidemiological studies on acute leukemia in children of Tomsk region

The paper summarizes the results of 50-year (1958-2008) epidemiological observations of the incidence, spread and risk factors of the development, course and outcome of acute leukemia in children of Tomsk Region. Primary morbidity with acute leukemia in children has been shown to be preserved within the mean values of the given period. Among the patients the statistically significant prevalence of individuals with a digestive type of constitution has been established.
