Subscriber as participant of acquiring information about connections between subscribers and (or) subscriber device

The paper analyses the procedural issues related to the definition of the procedural status of the subscriber in the production of such investigative actions as obtaining information about the connections between users and (or) the subscriber units. The author believes that in giving individual subscriber procedural status participant in the criminal proceedings is not necessary.
