Adaptation cadets to the educational process in higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia through physical culture

Statement of problem. Training, as well as the necessary measures to ensure the adaptation of cadets of universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is closely related to the implementation of the curriculum, including physical training. Disciplines of the physics course are responsible not only for the physical condition, but also for the development of a culture of interaction among first-year students at the university. This helps to identify the problem of adaptation of cadets through physical education, since within the framework of this discipline, problems related to psychological relief are solved and professional training of cadets is carried out. The purpose of the article is to develop an algorithm of classes that will contribute to physical and psychological development of cadets, as well as optimize the processes of their adaptation to the educational process in the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Methodology (materials and methods). The work is based on the analysis of statistical data and relevant literature, in addition, the data obtained during the work with the cadets were analyzed. The conducted empirical research formed the basis for the practical part and made it possible to identify the needs and desires of the students. Research results. According to the results of the survey, it was revealed that the needs of cadets in physical activity and the implementation of sports activities do not correspond to the program. In addition, the study of the theoretical part of the work made it possible to identify a methodological problem in the physical training of future specialists. Proposals are put forward to optimize the training and adaptation of cadets by means of physical culture.
