Adaptation of new economic instruments and management technologies to the specifics activities of subordinate organization of government institutions

The author discusses the issues of identifying the prerequisites and opportunities for the proposed introduction of "turquoise" management principles into the activities of subordinate institutions of government institutions of the Russian Federation, as well as other innovative approaches and technologies for working with employees. These approaches included "agile approach to management" (Agile), "lean production, management" (Lean), "environmental, social and corporate governance" (ESG) and development of external relations, improvement of interaction between authorities and their subordinated institutions with “Government Relations Business Units” (GR). Based on the results of the study, the most relevant and applicable principles for the modernization of work with employees and the organization of internal interaction in subordinate institutions were identified. A mixed (hybrid) paradigm has been formed, combining part of the methods from different approaches - modern and classical.
