Adaptation of the staff of the state civil service

Summary the article is devoted to problem of adaptation of civil servants in the Russian Federation. The article describes the types of adaptation, and presents the point of view of foreign authors M. Meskon, M. albert and F. Hedouri, domestic authors M. V. Maslova, A. I. Turchinov. Conducted analysis to identify the causes of difficulties of adaptation of employees of the Ural management of the state road supervision, using the methods of A. Y. Kibanov, and analysis assess the level of adaptation of employees. According to the results of the conducted research the author offers practical recommendations on increase of efficiency of passing of process of adaptation of the civil service personnel.
