Theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of the system for personnel social adaptation to inter-organisational changes at industrial enterprises of the Republic of Mordovia are treated in the article. The place and the role of personnel adaptation in the system of social determinants for organisational development have been put under research. The systématisation of adaptation types and the algorithm are presented. Main methods for adaptation procedures realisation are shown.
