Adaptation of personnel in an IT company

This article discusses the adaptation of personnel in an IT company, during which problems of various kinds may appear both for the employee and the employer. The existing types and methods of adaptation that help most effectively achieve the goals of adaptation and solve existing problems in the adaptation of specialists are analyzed. The conclusion is made that successfully completed adaptation plays an important role in the formation of a young specialist in the company, as well as when making a decision on continuing work as a result of the completed adaptation and when evaluating it by a human resources specialist.
