Adaptation of operating parameters of the selective laser melting process when replacing equipment

With an increase in the number of SLS machines, the possibilities of transferring operating parameters between them also increase. However, the machines differ in their design and technical parameters, and the quality of parts made on different machines will also differ. Most often, SLS machines differ in the size of the laser spot, the maximum available laser power. The article defines sequencing for adjusting the operating parameters of different SLS machines and carried out experimental verification on samples for mechanical tests.
