The adaptation period of the cadet in the fire training classes

The article is recommended for cadets of educational institutions of higher education of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The material examines the time period during which the personality of the cadet adapts to the specifics of the discipline «Fire training». In particular, the author of the article highlights the main problems of female cadets in firepower training. The importance of the relationship between the teacher and the student has been demonstrated. The personality of the teacher directly is examined in detail, a set of inalienable qualities inherent in the teacher-professional of the department of firepower training is revealed. Based on the analysis of the personality of a professional teacher, the concept that characterizes him has been formed. Thanks to the use of the method of social polling, the author of the article analyzed the understanding of the discipline under study by cadets in training sessions on firepower training and revealed an approximate adaptation period of a cadet to lessons on firepower training.
